It’s a respiratory illness that is spread from one person to another. Its incubation period is 14days. This shows a person can be infecting other people without showing any symptoms during this period
HOW IT'S SPREAD
- A person getting in contact from droplets of cough or sneeze from an infected person
- Getting contact with the infected person
- Getting contact from contaminated objects.
SYMPTOMS
- Dry cough.
- High fever.
- Having shortness of breath.
- Having a sore throat.
PRECAUTION AND PREVENTIONS.
- Wash your hand with running water and soap for at least 20 seconds and thereafter use alcohol-based hand sanitizers
- Cover your mouth and nose with face mask always and especially when in a public place or when you cough or sneeze
- Stay/work at home if u feel unwell
- Maintain at least 1-meter social distance from peoples
- Avoid touching your eyes nose and mouth because they are the only avenue to get infected
- Disinfect frequently touched objects because we don't want this to happen(LOCK DOWN)
